Order Cancellation Policy

Customers must contact our customer care team within 24 hours of placing an order to request cancellation.

If the seller team is contacted after 48 hours, the order amount will be converted into store credit. Customers can use this credit to purchase another product within 6 months.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
Withinyou reserves the right to cancel any order under the following conditions:
- If the product is out of stock
- If there is a pricing error or incorrect product information due to a technical issue
In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund or store credit will be issued.
