7-Day Return & Exchange Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Key Terms

• Orders Above ₹1,000:

  • Returns are not applicable.

  • Only one-time exchange is allowed.

  • If you choose not to exchange, a coupon code equal to the order value will be issued.

• Free Gifts:

  • Not eligible for return or exchange.

• Sale Items:

  • Exchange only. No returns allowed.

Return & Exchange Conditions

• Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags, and in original packaging.

• Reverse pickup is available at a nominal fee of ₹89.

• Only one exchange per order is allowed. Multiple exchanges are not permitted.

• Once an item is exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.

Refunds & Coupons

• Refunds for eligible returns (where applicable) are issued as a one-time-use coupon only.

• If you're exchanging for a lower-value item, the difference will be issued as a one-time-use coupon.

• No partial redemptions on coupons are allowed.

• Refunds/coupons are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
